Doctoral course on Copernicus at POLIMI


The 3rd edition of Doctoral course “The Copernicus Green revolution for Sustainable Development” that will be held at Politecnico di Milano in the period from February to June 2024.

 

This transdisciplinary course aims to provide a basic introduction to remote sensing techniques. The course offers reflections on how Earth Observation technologies can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus placed on “Copernicus”, the European Union’s Earth observation programme.

 

The course involves a wide participation of colleagues from several Departments of the Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI) and it is open to PhD students and researchers from both the Politecnico and other universities (participation is free of charge). To participate, registration at POLIMI Online Services is required.
